Relaxation Combinations


Gives you the best of both worlds! With a personalized and private yoga session, followed by a massage session. Choose from Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin or Restorative toga; and relaxation, deep tissue, or Prenatal massage. You're sure to get an amazing experience with this combination.


Yoga

Hatha Yoga - incorporates a series of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayam (breathing exercises) to bring peace and unity to the body and mind. This type of yoga is a great place for those new to yoga to start, sessions can challenge the most experienced yogis.


Vinyasa Yoga - about connecting breathing with movement. Vinyasa will challenge you to stay present, while moving through repeated sun salutations and held poses.


Yin Yoga - done at a slower pace, where poses are held for longer periods of time. This form of asana helps release and lengthen connective tissue.


Restorative Yoga - focuses on relaxing and soothing the mind and body. Through passive stretching and deep breathing, this flow activates the parasympathetic nervous system and connects you back into the physical body.


Massage


Relaxing Massage - a technique to relieve muscular tension, increase circulation, and to help you relax.


Deep Tissue Massage - manipulates the soft tissues of your body. This method uses increasingly firm pressure to massage deep layers of muscle to break up fascia.


Prenatal Massage - ranges anywhere between a relaxing and deep tissue massage with specific modifications on body positioning to ensure the safety and comfort of mother and baby.
